1. Use of Application
These Terms grant you a limited right to use Lingua for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from Lingua. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
2. Data Collection and Accounts
Lingua may collect and process certain personal data to deliver the Services.

- Guest mode without registration
Guest access is limited. Starting from Lesson 3 and beyond, login is required.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Rooting or jailbreaking your device may affect the app’s security and functionality.
3. Connectivity and Charges
Some Lingua features require an active internet connection, including Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Lingua is not responsible for reduced functionality caused by connection issues or insufficient data allowance. Roaming charges may also apply when using the app abroad.
4. Updates and Availability
We may update Lingua periodically to improve features, security, or performance.
You agree to install available updates. Support for certain devices or operating systems may end without prior notice.
5. User Content
Users may upload or create text, images, documents, audio, or other content within Lingua.
By submitting User Content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.
Lingua may use User Content in a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free manner for operating and improving the Services.
Illegal, harmful, or infringing content is prohibited.

Lingua is designed for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
The Services do not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you have health-related concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
7. Registration and Passwords
Some features require account registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
Lingua is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised account credentials.
8. Purchases and Payments
Lingua may provide paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Payments are processed through Google Play or the App Store. Their billing and refund policies apply. Lingua does not directly process payment information.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, design elements, and intellectual property rights related to Lingua remain the property of their respective owners.
